Are you someone who:
Have a bachelor’s degree or graduating soon
Have strong communication skills, and excellent written communication skills in English
Are tech-savvy and eager to take on new skills in technical troubleshooting
Familiarity with AI concepts and the curiosity to actively and continuously learn AI tools in customer support function for a diverse customer base with varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Have a willingness to make a long-term commitment to Jotform as an employee
Are interested with customer service experience (bonus points for SaaS/tech startup customer support experience)
Are a humble and friendly person who takes pride in helping people
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and follow through
Have the ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, focusing on the customer's needs and quickly and successfully implement solutions
Have excellent verbal and written communication – you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
Successful disabled participants who complete the program will be offered remote work positions at Jotform.

Application and Selection Process:

Video interviews will be conducted with candidates whose applications meet the basic requirements.
Candidates who pass the video interview will be invited to an English proficiency test, which includes grammar, listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
Acceptance to the program will be based on your test results and overall evaluation.
Bootcamp Details:
The program is online and requires at least 90% attendance.
Training hours: Weekends from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Weekdays (total:3 days) from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Topics covered: Fundamentals of Web Applications, Customer Service 2.0, Real Case Studies, Customer Service English.
